Karachi Jan 28: President Asif Ali Zardari thwarting the deadlock between the coalition partners in Sindh, PPP-MQM, announced to hold local bodies election in Sindh within next four months.
President Asif Zardari addressing a ceremony of distribution free houses to poor women in the CM House announced that local bodies election will be held within next four months. This shows deadlock between PPP- MQM on appointment of administrators and holding local bodies election has comes to an end with the interference of the President.
A bill to amend Sindh local government ordinance will be tabled in the Sindh Assembly during the on-going session.
President also inaugurated of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Medical College Lyari and Shaheed Benazir Bhutto cardiac Institute Lyari general Hospital in the CM House.
